1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms regulate the relationship between OSLOGISTIX OÜ (hereinafter Forwarder) and the client.
1.2. In addition to these terms, the Forwarder operates in accordance with the General Conditions of the Estonian Logistics and Freight Forwarding Association (ELEA) 2015.

2. Liability and Conventions

The Forwarder's liability is limited according to international conventions:

  • Road Transport: CMR Convention (up to 8.33 SDR per gross kg).
  • Sea Freight: Hague-Visby Rules.
  • Air Freight: Montreal or Warsaw Convention.
  • Rail Transport: CIM/SMGS rules.

We strongly recommend clients obtain full cargo insurance.

3. Quotes and Payment

3.1. Quotes via the website are informative. Final price is confirmed in writing.
3.2. Prices are subject to change due to carrier rates, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations.
3.3. Payment terms are specified on the invoice. Interest on arrears is 0.5% per day.

4. Claims

Claims regarding damage or loss must be submitted immediately, but no later than:

  • Visible damage: Upon receipt (noted on the delivery note).
  • Concealed damage: Within 7 days of delivery.
5. Force Majeure

The Forwarder is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure (e.g., war, strike, natural disaster, government restrictions).

6. Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be settled in Harju County Court according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
