Actual logistics and freight forwarding services (transport, warehousing, customs clearance, etc.) are provided under a separate agreement and are subject to the terms of the agreed order and the standard general conditions for freight forwarding. In the event of a conflict with these Terms of Use, the terms of the transport/freight forwarding agreement shall prevail.

Liability for the services provided is governed by the respective transport/freight forwarding agreement, applicable general conditions, and liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent set forth in said conditions and legal acts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. We will attempt to resolve any disputes primarily through negotiations. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute shall be settled in the Harju County Court.
