• Prices are subject to change depending on the specific details of the shipment, route, shipment volume, currency exchange rates, fuel and market prices, and the availability of transport.
• A contract is deemed concluded upon written agreement between the parties (e.g., a confirmed order).

4. Provision of Services

Actual logistics and freight forwarding services (transport, warehousing, customs clearance, etc.) are provided under a separate agreement and are subject to the terms of the agreed order and the standard general conditions for freight forwarding. In the event of a conflict with these Terms of Use, the terms of the transport/freight forwarding agreement shall prevail.

5. Client's Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the shipment and transport (weight, dimensions, contents, value, destination, etc.).
• Comply with applicable laws, including customs, export, and import regulations.
• Provide prior notification of any hazardous, prohibited, or goods requiring special conditions.

6. Liability

The Website is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Website or reliance on the information presented on it.

Liability for the services provided is governed by the respective transport/freight forwarding agreement, applicable general conditions, and liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent set forth in said conditions and legal acts.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. We will attempt to resolve any disputes primarily through negotiations. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute shall be settled in the Harju County Court.
