a) Inquiry and contact form

When you send us an inquiry, we collect your email address, selected service and cargo/shipment description. We use this data solely to respond to you and prepare a quote.

Legal basis: Your consent and steps taken to enter into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Retention: Until the end of our communication and for a reasonable period thereafter.

b) Visitor statistics (with consent only)

If you give your consent, we collect anonymous usage statistics: hashed (pseudonymised) IP address, browser and device type, referrer (source of arrival), and an anonymous visitor ID in a cookie. This helps us understand website usage. The IP address is not stored in its original form.

c) Bot protection

To protect our forms from spam and bots, we use the service Cloudflare Turnstile. This may process technical data (e.g., IP address) to detect bots.
