This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data when you visit our website or contact us.

2. What data we collect and why

a) Inquiry and contact form

When you send us an inquiry, we collect your email address, selected service and cargo/shipment description. We use this data solely to respond to you and prepare a quote.

Legal basis: Your consent and steps taken to enter into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Retention: Until the end of our communication and for a reasonable period thereafter.

b) Visitor statistics (with consent only)

If you give your consent, we collect anonymous usage statistics: hashed (pseudonymised) IP address, browser and device type, referrer (source of arrival), and an anonymous visitor ID in a cookie. This helps us understand website usage. The IP address is not stored in its original form.

Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 5).

c) Bot protection

To protect our forms from spam and bots, we use the service Cloudflare Turnstile. This may process technical data (e.g., IP address) to detect bots.

Essential cookies are always active for the website to function. Analytics cookies are only set if you provide your consent on the cookie banner.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use trusted service providers who may process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — for bot protection (Turnstile);
• Google Fonts — for displaying web fonts.

These service providers may also process data outside the European Union, in compliance with applicable data protection requirements.

You have the right to:

• access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
• request the correction of inaccurate data;
• request the deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to the processing of your data;
• withdraw your consent (e.g., for cookies) at any time;
• request data portability.
